I'm much more dedicated because I'm seeing results. I've dropped about 4% body fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle in the last 6 weeks. I'm pretty happy with that. It's a much more sustainable diet for me, and so far, it's giving me the results I wanted. I’m not recommending this diet for everyone, but it works for me.
